here it is! . the voice is CRAP! :O i dont mean YOUR voice is crap. well... iv nevere talked to you verbaly but any way... i can tell you sat in your room and read a script. boooorriiiinnnggg.. thats what all the other TAFE tought students do. its realy GAY.

Heres what you need to do. go to a quiet place. (i could hear your computer humming) and with someone els that can voice act. and TALK the script. dont read it. memorize a small part and experiment with it. have more exitment. if you cant do that. ad some green day type punk rock in the background. just faintly. and more movie scene ambiences. like a fan. the part were they are watching tv was great. but they were still talking boring.

if all goes well, paired with your awsome drawing skillz, you should have a instaint front page flash.

Haha that was great.

But I HATE making things like that because there's so much dialog. You varied it really nicely because the everything was drawn nice and there was a lot of different characters and places moving around and there's wasn't always a mouth moving in every scene and stuff and cool bro dogg. I'm making a project that's pretty much 100% talking, and I'm doing complete fbf for the lip sync.

I guess I should try out the 'numbers method' or whatever it's called, but even so, lip syncing is so boring, and there's no reward at the end. If I animated someone doing a backflip onto a jet and then exploding, it'd look awesome once I finished and I'd be pumped to animate it.

Okay I lost my train of thought. Good luck with whatever your doing next.

I have to say, that was very well drawn animated, and excellent voice acting, i laughed my ass off threwout the entire episode, and i hope you make a follow up one day, i have a feeling this could be a very good series, so god dam funny, your writing skills are just as good if not better than your animation skills, im looking foward to outlaw part 2 been a fan of your work for sometime, cant wait for the next lot of movies, top work man :)

How did you lip sync this new piece? I looked at the tutorials page here on Newgrounds and they only have the way where you draw out each mouth shape. If there is an Actionscript way that is faster, that would totally help me out. My biggest problem is the syncing. I can draw ok and animate well but the lips always made my work look terrible.

Anyways, I'm glad you stuck with this project. Chaps was a hilarious piece. Keep up the good work.
